My iPhone screen repair parts carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer or installation defects. You can rest easy knowing your new iphone screen is protected for as long as you own your phone.
These warrantied items can include, but are not limited to:
- Touchscreen Ghosting
- Unresponsive Touchscreens
- Screens Lifting
- Faded LCDs
If you ever experience any issues, after a screen repair, simply let me know as soon as possible, and I can advise you further.
As extensive as this warranty is, it can be voided. I can not be held liable for damage your phone incurs after the repair. I can not stop your phone from falling, and breaking after you have it repaired. Nor, can I be there to see the damage happen. At the shop I worked at previously, a common call, I would receive was the following:
“Hi, I got my phone screen repaired, “X” number of weeks ago, and then I dropped it, and now the screen is cracked. Is this covered under your warranty?”
No, it is not. Similar to Apples own warranty, my warranty is void when the screen is cracked, the frame is bent, or there is liquid damage to your phone. That is why I try to tell anyone who will listen, to get a case, like a LifeProof, or Otterbox, and a screen protector. I am not saying that this will stop your screen from breaking in the future, but they will increase your odds.
Batteries carry a 1 year warranty, that covers you in the event of manufacturer defects. Batteries should be expected to last 3 to 5 years under normal use. However, batteries can be damaged by overcharging, environmental damage like heat, and power surges, so my lifetime warranty will not apply to batteries.
Charger Port Repairs
Charger ports are another wear item, and this repair carries a one year warranty. This warranty can be void if damage is present to the new charger port. Damage like liquid damage, or damage from faulty cords, or sticking things up in there, will all void this warranty.
